AGA Member Utilities Continue to Strive for Efficiency by Earning the 2022 ENERGY STAR Excellence in Energy Efficiency Award!
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy announced the 2022 ENERGY STAR Excellence in Energy Efficiency Award for organizations that are leading and protecting public health and tackling climate change through substantial triumphs in energy efficiency.
AGA natural gas utility members have been continually recognized for their outstanding contributions to energy and emission reductions through their energy-efficient programs and strategies.
The Award provides an ultimate level of recognition on EPA’s and DOE’s national platforms, honoring the efficiency programs that exemplify utility-wide energy savings, best practices, and rewards of the ENERGY STAR program.
AGA would like to emphasize our industry’s leadership in energy efficiency through ENERGY STAR and congratulate our member utilities on their hard work in making strides to help their customers identify and purchase products that offer savings on energy bills without sacrificing performance, features, or comfort.
We applaud our members BG&E, Columbia Gas of Ohio, PECO, National Grid (RI), ConEd, Entergy Texas, Black Hills Arkansas, Entergy Arkansas, New Mexico Gas Company, PSEG Long Island, Central Hudson Gas and Electric, Dominion, DTE, National Grid, PSEG, and Washington Gas along with EPA and DOE for their outstanding contributions to protecting the environment through superior energy achievements and leading in the production, sale, and adoption of energy-efficient products, homes, buildings, services, and strategies.
