2023 AGA Accounting Principles Committee Meeting

The AGA Accounting Principles Committee Meeting will be held in person in Washington, D.C.

Who Should Attend:
This meeting is open to committee members and any employee of an AGA member company. Typical members attending this meeting include middle or upper accounting management from the general accounting area, financial planning managers, and other accounting/finance managers.

The Accounting Principles Committee focus is to keep informed of the development of accounting principles, conventions and practices affecting the utility industry, with special reference to their application to the accounting requirements of the gas industry, and other related accounting and financial matters.  The committee promotes understanding and unanimity of opinion within the industry regarding these developments. The meeting brings together managers/directors of financial reporting, assistant controllers, managers/directors of corporate accounting and controllers to hear from industry leaders on these developments.
