2025 AGA Construction Project Management Workshop

The American Gas Association (AGA) is excited to announce the 2025 Construction Project Management Workshop, hosted by TECO Peoples Gas in Tampa, Florida, on March 4-5, 2025. This 1.5-day workshop will dive deeply into the critical aspects of managing long and short-pipeline projects.

Key topics will include:

•             Project charter development

•             Scope management

•             Schedule control

•             Cost estimating

•             Change management

•             Records management

The workshop will feature operator presentations, expert-led panel discussions, interactive roundtable sessions, and hands-on pre-work activities, such as creating project charters.
