2025 De-Escalation Training & Physical Security Metrics Roundtable
Enhanced Physical Metrics and De-escalation Training
The Enhanced Physical Security Metrics Program provides an opportunity for operators to assess the maturity of physical security programs along several dimensions. The program consists of a survey, data analysis by the AGA team, creation of an aggregated and anonymized Results Summary and Analysis Packet, and a facilitated roundtable discussion.
Pacific Gas & Electric and AGA are jointly hosting a de-escalation training session and tour in Winters, California, on January 22, 2025. This full-day event will include a tour of PG&E’s training facility, participation in a series of hands-on, simulated hostile interaction scenarios, debriefing sessions, and security presentations.
You do not have to participate in the Enhanced Physical Security Metrics Program (though we sincerely hope you will choose to) to attend the PG&E De-escalation training and tour. You may register for only the roundtable ($199), only the de-escalation training and tour ($350), or both ($495).
