2025 Next Level Leadership Women’s Program

AGA’s Next Level Leadership Women’s Program (NLLWP) is designed to empower and develop women who are emerging leaders within their organizations. This industry-wide program is targeted for high-potential employees who are currently below the vice president level and are ready to step into greater leadership roles. 

The 2025 program will consist of three sessions: 

Session 1: April 1 – 3, 2025
In-Person at AGA Offices, Washington, DC
The first session, held at AGA’s headquarters in Washington, DC, will cover topics such as Creating Connections, Closing the Confidence Gap, Social Style, and Engaging with Presence. Participants will hear from industry leaders and leadership experts, engage in focused discussions, tour the US Capitol, and enjoy networking opportunities.

Session 2: June 12, 2025
Virtual, 2-hour Session
In this session, participants will explore the concept of personal branding—what makes each individual unique and valuable. The session will offer strategies for authentically defining and living your personal brand.

Session 3: October 5 – 9, 2025
In-Person in San Antonio, TX
Program participants are invited to join AGA’s Executive Conference beginning on Sunday, October 5, with optional social activities and an evening Welcome Reception, followed by conference programming on Monday, October 6. NLLWP participants can attend the Executive Conference at no additional cost, offering a unique opportunity to network with executive leaders from AGA member companies and gain insights on key industry topics.

Following the Executive Conference, the third NLLWP session will run Tuesday, October 7 – Thursday, October 9. This final session will cover topics to include Navigating Organizational Dynamics, Being Strategic, and Managing Change, equipping participants with tools to navigate complex workplace challenges.

The registration fee is $5250 per person, which includes all three sessions and the Executive Conference. This program is only open to full AGA utility members.
