Megan Dunn

Vice President, Talent Operations

Megan is responsible for the strategic development and management of the American Gas Association’s (AGA) internal human resources programs for active and retired employees. Externally, Megan leads human resources policy, workforce and labor-related committees and participates regularly in industry workforce development groups and activities.

Megan is community builder focused on efficiency, effectiveness and promoting AGA’s rich culture of job satisfaction. Prior to joining AGA in 2017, Megan led human resources programs and served as Chief of Staff at George Washington’s Mount Vernon for more than ten years.

Megan is a graduate of The University of Akron, where she studied Communication. Megan holds a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certification from the HR Certificate Institute. Megan and her husband Matt live in Mount Vernon, Virginia, and have two sons.
